Traditional Media & Content Creator Inquiries
At Visit Palm Springs, it's our pleasure to assist members of the press and content creators in creating compelling stories that lift up our destination. Approval for hosting is handled on an individual basis and involves a variety of factors, including story angle, media outlet, qualifications, availability, and budget.
Please note that all arrangements are made at the discretion of Visit Palm Springs' local business partners and are subject to each facility's availability and interest. Blackout periods may occur during the year, necessitating a press rate, especially for hotel accommodations. Not all requested dates can be supported. Midweek visits can help increase availability for our partners.
To request a hosted visit, please review the guidelines below and complete the request form at least 4 to 6 weeks before the requested trip dates to confirm availability.
