Located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs at the base of the San Jacinto mountains, 4 Saints is an intimate hideaway on the rooftop of the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel, serving bold, chef-driven cuisine. 4 Saints offers sharable plates that reflect internationally-inspired ingredients such as foie gras bread & butter, paring autumn flavors with salted caramel apple, Thai long pepper and gingerbread; sea urchin tofu with a green apple-coriander salad, squid ink and black sesame crisp; and dry aged duck prepared with savoy sausage, late stone fruit, lavender and honey. The beverage program centers around an open mixology hub providing an eclectic mix of signature cocktails inspired by the nature and folklore of the desert, craft beers and tap beverages. The wine menu features both well-known and hidden gem California varietals, as well as a worldly collection of vintages that pair well with the cuisine.
