Dining in and around the Palm Springs Convention Center.

The Palm Springs Convention Center is widely known as a popular destination for tradeshows, meetings and events. It’s central location conveniently allows access to a variety of restaurants and walkable dining options for convention-goers and tradeshow attendees. Whether you’re looking for a standard sit-down or a fast and more casual setting, there’s plenty to choose from near the Palm Springs Convention Center.

In-House: Savoury’s Catering

Culinary innovation, diversity and quality are the hallmarks of Savoury’s Full-Service Catering, the exclusive in-house catering service provider of the Palm Springs Convention Center (PSCC).

Savoury’s is headed by award-winning chef Brad Toles. The staff works directly with clients to create exquisite group dining experiences, whether the event is a casual business breakfast, an elegant sit-down dinner or a large gala for thousands. With a focus on sustainability, meals are crafted from locally grown, pesticide-free, and hormone-free foods, while kitchen and service areas utilize eco-friendly and biodegradable goods.

Savoury's catering

For meetings and events of all types, an extensive catering menu is offered and can be customized for your group needs. For something more simple, consider a continental breakfast followed by grab-and-go bistro box lunches. Step it up a notch with a buffet, which can include a carving station.  Plated meals are always a great choice for a more formal setting.

Receptions are a great way for attendees to socialize, and what better than to offer a variety of food stations.  Think themes like an Asian take-out station with selections like Kung Pau Chicken, or a Mediterranean theme with beef and chicken Kabobs (or vegetarian) accompanied with hummus, pita chips and naan bread. The options are endless.
