This block party is a signature event focused on the heart of the Palm Springs gayborhood … a celebration of Pride as well as the symbolic embrace of Arenas Road. LGBTQ+ bars and local businesses pack to the rafters and spill onto the streets for the biggest free LGBTQ+ street party in Palm Springs. The Official Party of Pride features DJs all night.
NOVUL: A rising Canadian pop-alternative artist based in Los Angeles, known for her genre-blurring sound, high-energy performances, and bold creative identity, headlines the Arenas Main Stage.

Bryce Xavier: Queer artist Bryce Xavier, who engages an audience of over 4 million followers, will be featured in the Friday lineup, fresh off the release of his new single “You Make Me Stupid.”

Picnic on Palm Canyon
From 5 - 9 pm, it is Picnic on Palm Canyon, where you can enjoy a night filled with food, music, and fun. There will be local food trucks and more live music under the stars. The highlight of the street party will be a 100-foot Ferris wheel.

Children’s Headquarters
- Location: Market Street between Museum Way and Andreas Road
Families are invited to join for arts, crafts, and games. Hosted by Palm Springs Pride, CHQ is a playful place for infants to pre-teens and accompanying adults. Complimentary snacks, drinks, a nap area, restrooms, and a diaper-changing station are provided for festival-going families. Parents are required to stay in the play area with their children. Free.

Youth Zone (by Safe Schools Desert Cities):
- Location: On Market Street between Museum Way and Andreas Road in Graffiti Park.
The Youth Zone is the exclusive hub for LGBTQ youth ages 14-21 and their allies at Pride. The Youth Zone offers a range of activities, including continuous entertainment, free food and drinks, games, dancing, music, and seating. Additionally, it features contests, youth-only confidential testing, drag and makeup fun, great conversation, creative expression, shade from the sun, toilets, a hand-washing station, and information on safe sex. Safe Schools Desert Cities hosts the Youth Zone. Free

Sister Roma – Grand Marshal: A celebrated member of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence since 1987, Sister Roma has raised millions for HIV/AIDS causes and helped lead the impactful #MyNameIs campaign. Her tireless activism continues to inspire LGBTQ+ communities worldwide.

Holly Near – Celebrity Grand Marshal: The iconic singer, songwriter, and storyteller has spent over four decades using music as a tool for social justice, peace, and equality, connecting audiences across generations.

Peter Daut – Community Grand Marshal: The six-time Emmy Award-winning journalist and KESQ News anchor is recognized for his community service, charity work, and use of media to uplift diverse local voices.

Esther Loewen – Marsha P. Johnson Grand Marshal: As a therapist, educator, and podcast host, Esther advocates for authenticity and inclusion, sharing insights on mental health and transgender experiences through Transgender Woman Talking.

Renae Punzalan – Marsha P. Johnson Grand Marshal: A Chamorro leader from Guam and Director of Youth Services at the Transgender Health & Wellness Center, Renae has been central to organizing Trans Pride and Transgender Day of Remembrance in the Coachella Valley.

Jasper Price – Marsha P. Johnson Grand Marshal: Director of Trans & Gender Expansive Programs at the LGBTQ Center of the Desert, Jasper expands affirming spaces and resources for youth and adults across the region.
Palm Springs Pride Royalty 2025
Douglas Woodmansee and Marshall Pearcy — better known as Dottie and Maude — have been crowned Pride Royalty for Life. Together since 1976 and residents of Palm Springs since 1980, the duo has been an unforgettable part of the parade since 1995. As Les Dames du Soleil, they have raised more than $2 million for local HIV/AIDS charities, leaving a lasting legacy of love, laughter, and service.
A Message of Resilience
“Amidst a rising tide of challenges facing the LGBTQ+ community nationwide, the dedication of these Grand Marshals is more crucial than ever,” said Jasmine Sullivan Waits, Executive Director of Palm Springs Pride. “They remind us that our stories cannot be silenced, and our community will not be erased.”
