  • USDA Prime Steaks: Sourced from humanely raised, hormone- and antibiotic-free cattle, these steaks are dry-aged in-house for 28 to 35 days. Signature cuts include the Porterhouse, Cowboy Rib Chop, Kansas City Strip, and the impressive Wagyu Tomahawk Rib Chop. 

  • Sustainable Seafood: Adhering to the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch standards, the seafood offerings feature responsibly sourced options like Faroe Islands King Salmon, Halibut, Sea Bass, Mahi Mahi, and Swordfish. 

  • Mediterranean Delights: Reflecting Lee's Lebanese heritage, dishes such as Moroccan Beef Short Ribs, Chicken Piccata, and the signature Lobster Paella for two showcase bold flavors and traditional recipes. 

  • Handcrafted Pastas and Wood-Fired Pizzas: From Beef Tenderloin Bourguignon to Penne Bolognese, the pasta dishes are made with artisanal Rustichella d’Abruzzo pasta. Pizzas are baked in a 900-degree, almond wood-fired oven, offering options such as Margherita, BBQ Chicken, and Spicy Hawaiian. 

  • Lunch and Lighter Fare: The lunch menu features a variety of salads, sandwiches, and burgers, including the signature burger topped with crisp bacon and grilled red onion.

Kaiser Grille offers enticing specials throughout the week:

  • Tomahawk Tuesday: Indulge in a 36 oz USDA Prime Tomahawk Beef Rib Chop for two, oak-grilled and served with roasted shallot truffle butter, whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, and sauce béarnaise. The meal includes a choice of soup or petite salad. 

  • Wine Wednesday: Enjoy half-priced bottles of wine, making it the perfect midweek treat for wine enthusiasts.

From 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm daily, Kaiser Grille's Happy Hour offers a delightful selection. Approximately 30 items, including various appetizers like wings, stuffed dates, zucchini sticks, BBQ ribs, calamari, and crab cake bites, many priced at $10 or under.
