At Visit Palm Springs, it's our pleasure to assist members of the press and content creators with support to create compelling stories that lifts up our destination. Approval regarding hosting is handled on an individual basis and involves a variety of factors such as story angle, media outlet, qualifications, availability and budget.

Depending on the nature of the request, Visit Palm Springs can assist with accommodations, suggested itineraries, passes to attractions and more. Please note that all arrangements are provided through the discretion of Visit Palm Springs' local business partners and are subject to the availability and interest of each facility. Black-out periods may be experienced during the year, which may necessitate a press rate, especially for hotel accommodations. Not all requested dates can be supported. Midweek visits can help increase availability for our partners.

To request a hosted visit, please review the guidelines below and complete the request form at least four to six weeks in advance of request trip dates to confirm availability.
