Freddie’s Menu

The menu at Freddie’s Kitchen is a celebration of fresh and seasonal ingredients. He brings his trained French cuisine dishes and combines it with local flavors. From farm-to-table salads to mouthwatering entrees, there is something to satisfy every palate. He takes his inspiration from the flavors of France, California, and the globe. This creates dishes that are both familiar and exciting.

While the menu is deceivingly small, there are usually a few nightly specials to keep the menu fresh and unique. Start your meal with French Escargot a la Bourguignon, traditional French onion soup, or the house-made wild mushroom strudel.

For the main course, try the braised short rib bolognaise or the natural pork mignon. For the vegetarian, enjoy the grilled vegetable wellington with basil tomato jus. The menu frequently changes based on what’s in season. Freddie’s also offers a nightly chef’s special, like a Kurobuta port chop with morel cream sauce or a creamy seafood and wild mushroom risotto with shrimp, scallops, and mussels.

For dessert, save room for the French style dark chocolate mousse or the Tahitian vanilla bean crème brule. The menu changes, so other delicious options might include apple tart Normandy or chocolate croissant bread pudding.

In addition to its delectable menu, Freddie’s Kitchen also offers a carefully curated selection of wines and craft cocktails. Chef Freddie loves to pair wines and seek new tastes. Whether you’re in the mood for a crisp white wine to complement your seafood dish or a robust red to pair with a pork chop, the knowledgeable staff is more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect libation.

The Place

The atmosphere at Freddie’s Kitchen is just as enticing as the food. The restaurant exudes a cozy and inviting vibe, with modern tables, soft lighting, and a charming outdoor patio area. Whether you’re enjoying a romantic dinner for two or gathering with friends for a celebratory meal, you’ll feel right at home in this welcoming space.

The restaurant is located at the historic Cole Hotel, which has been beautifully restored. The interior is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The outdoor bar and patio is a great option for dining al fresco.

But what truly sets Freddie’s Kitchen apart is the exceptional service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels pampered and well taken care of. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile and a genuine desire to make your dining experience truly memorable.
