What To Bring

Wear closed-toe shoes with rubber soles (such as tennis shoes or hiking boots). Sandals and shoes with high heels are not recommended.

Wear comfortable clothing. Dress in layers as desert temperatures can change quickly. In the cooler months (November – March), it is suggested you bring a light sweater or jacket.

Don’t forget your camera! The photo opportunities are amazing on all tours.

Safety First

All drivers are insured and safety is always the number one priority. The guides maintain contact with the office, all vehicles contain a first aid kit and fire extinguisher, and all guides are CPR and First Aid certified.

FAQs: Answers to common questions about red-jeep tours

Can they pick me up at my hotel?

Hotel (resort, vacation rental, etc.) pickup is offered on Group and Private Tours that are booked “by the Whole Jeep”.   Public Tours and Private Tours that are booked “by the seat” depart from a centralized pick-up location.

Can we hire one of the guides to take us to other places?

Absolutely! If you have your own transportation but would like to hire one of our knowledgeable guides to take you hiking or touring in the area, give us a call and we will be happy to help you arrange a custom excursion.

Can you accommodate groups of 15 or more?

Yes. In addition to our smaller groups, we also offer larger group tours. These are generally priced per vehicle rather than per person. You will want to contact Red Jeep or go online and request a quote as prices vary.
