Bread & Flours
One of the best bakeries in North Palm Springs is open only Thursday through Saturday. Their signature bread is their sourdough. This is a small, locally owned bakery, and while they have limited hours, they work on bread all week. They craft only additive-free, preservative-free selections. The flour is stone-milled, and all parts of the seed are used in the loaves. Each loaf takes 36 hours to craft before baking.

Carousel Bakery
This is family-owned and located very close to the Palm Springs International Airport. Carousel Bakery is run by the husband-and-wife team of Alberto and Elizabeth, who have been baking for over 35 years now. It's a small bakery, great for morning baked goods and pastries. A great stop before your flight. Pies are made seasonally.
