The journey began in Lake Arrowhead, CA, where their first location took root and flourished, captivating locals and visitors with its warm hospitality and soulful dishes.
At Palmina by Puglia, they take pride in crafting each dish with love, using locally sourced ingredients and time-honored recipes passed down through generations. From homemade pasta and savory braciola to delightful finger foods that evoke the essence of Italy. The menu reflects the essence of Puglian gastronomy.
Antipasta: Start with a classic like bruschetta, prosciutto with burrata, or the caprese salad with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. Various salads are available based on what is in season. They also have a minestrone soup.
Pasta: All your classics like spaghetti, rigatoni, and tortelini. There are three vegetarian spaghetti options.
Beef dishes include lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs, beef & sausage ragu, and Cannelloni. The Braciole Pasta, a typical Puglia recipe, is thinly sliced beef rolled up with garlic, parmigiana, reggiano and basil, slow cooked for at least 6 hours.
For seafood, order the octopus ragu, slow cooked in tomato sauce with tomatoes, red onions, olives, and parsley.
Pizza: Select from six different pizza options including prosciutto cotto, spicy salami, and the Palmina pizza with a besto base, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and creamy burrata cheese.
