The Reef Palm Springs is a tropical-themed libation sanctuary for all. Set in the historic Caliente Tropics Resort, The Reef is the creation of Tiki Caliente and Mod Palm Springs Founder and Host, Rory Snyder.
In its original incarnation, The Reef was once the location of Palm Springs’s infamous Conga Room restaurant. Many changes have happened to it over its 50 years. Still, now it has come to this city to provide a welcoming and fun place for locals and visitors to enjoy excellent craft cocktails, good food, and to make memories in a beautiful atmosphere.
This includes all your tiki rum favorites like the Trader’s Chi Chi, Mai Tai, Blue Hawaiian, daiquiris, Singapore Sling, and Zombie. The Palm Springs punch includes blackheart spiced rum, triple sec, creme de moyaux, and pineapple juice.
Salads: The Caliente salad includes chicken, mandarin orange, pineapple, crispy noodles, and sesame dressing. They also offer a cobb and chicken Caesar salad.
Burgers: The Caliente burger includes grilled pineapple, teriyaki sauce, and onions. Other selections include blue cheese & mushroom, and sirloin steak with Thousand Island dressing. The Hawaiian Cowboy burger includes crisp onion, cheese, BBQ sauce, and a slice of pineapple. Serves with a mix of fries and onion rings.
Cold Sandwiches: Classic turkey, tuna salad, and ham & swiss.
Entrees: Enjoy Hawaii flavors like coconut shrimp, Kalua pork, and beer battered shrimp. There’s also other bar food favorites like fish & chips and chicken fingers served with french fries, coleslaw and ranch dressings.
Open noon – midnight every day. Kitchen closes at 10 pm.
