Urban Yoga Center (UYC) offers authentic yoga, various meditation avenues, an experienced staff, and opportunities to gather for kirtan. The teachers work privately with individuals, wedding parties, and corporate groups. Many of the instructors also teach at the local hotels and spas. Founder Kristin Olson has taught and worked with Hollywood luminaries and sports figures for decades.
Urban Yoga Center is the longest-running yoga studio in the Coachella Valley. It is open 7 days a week all year round. UYC classes run from 60 minutes for a refreshing tune-up to 75 minutes for a good experience with meditation and deepening postures, to 90 minutes for healing and thorough stretching, strengthening, and heart-filling yoga.
