Meet Executive Chef, Brad Toles Chef Brad began his culinary career as a line cook in the kitchen of the Red Lion Hotel & Resort in Bakersfield, California. In 1992 he earned a place on Team USA West in the Culinary Olympics that competed in Frankfurt, Germany. He was nominated as one of North America’s top-rated chefs by the Chef In American Awards Foundation for creative menu development in 1994. In 1996 he opened the doors of Savoury’s Full Service Catering. As the contracted on-site catering company of the Palm Springs Convention Center for over 20 years, Chef Brad, and his wife Lynne and their team, have produced thousands of events. One of their largest annual catered events is the Palm Springs International Film Festival Gala which is held at the Convention Center every January and attended by many A-List celebrities. Dinner seating is for approximately 2,500. They have been the caterer to this event since 1997 and will bring the same level of service and expertise to your event.
