L3 Oasis Hotel is a desert hotel located in the Little Tuscany area of Palm Springs, minutes from downtown and a short walking distance to the San Jacinto Mountains. Our 101-room Palm Springs hotel is perfectly situated off Interstate 10. The hotel is a few minutes from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP).
Our property has a Signature Swim Club. The Bamboo Pool is our 120,000-gallon saltwater pool. The surroundings have 5 cabanas along with 60 teak loungers. In addition, there are two fresh water jacuzzies and then we have the Riviera Freshwater Pool, specifically reserved for our hotel guests only.
