The Shag Store

Located in the Palm Springs Uptown Design District, SHAG the store is the world’s first fine art gallery dedicated solely to the art of Josh Agle (aka SHAG).  Here you’ll find a large selection of rare artist proof prints (from previously sold out editions), exclusive store prints, books, towels and other collectable merchandise unavailable elsewhere.

SHAG has been featured both as a fine artist and illustrator in numerous publications worldwide as well as here in the desert.  Local covers include Palm Springs Life and The Bottom Line. Magazine covers in Las Vegas include Vegas Seven Magazine and Vurb.  Shag has done album covers for the likes of Smashmouth and The Pixies and his works reside in the permanent art collections of numerous Hollywood celebrities.  SHAG has had solo museum shows with Laguna Art Museum, Brea Art Museum and Grand Central Art Center.

We hold quarterly new exclusive print releases at SHAG the store with Josh Agle in attendance.  Here you can purchase a new print, have it personalized and have Shag sign your store bought merchandise.  Events are Free & Open to the public and often include complimentary drinks.

Original paintings (which sell out quickly as do prints) occasionally become available.
