In 1852, ancestors of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians were signers of the Treaty of Temecula. Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal Member Dr. Sean Milanovich (Agua Caliente) presents his research on Native American treaties in California and discusses his recent dissertation and evaluation process at the University of California, Riverside.
