V Wine Lounge & Martini Bar serves all the fabulous boutique California wines, small-production international wines, craft beer, and throwback cocktails. The wine list comprises small-batch wineries you may have yet to learn or have even heard of, as they work directly with California producers. They do not use brokers or distributors. The international wines are hand-selected from equally small winemakers and producers for a very eclectic and delicious list.
The Palm Springs location in the Kaptur Plaza is a midcentury lounge full of whimsy and playfulness through color, textures, and design. They bring to Palm Springs love and respect for the community’s history, reflected in the design and materials throughout the space. In addition to the lounge space, there is a dedicated private event space for rental.
Finger Food: There is an excellent selection of menu options that are easy to share. Some possibilities include bacon-wrapped dates, meatballs, and hummus platter.
Cheese Boards are a great selection for pairing with wine. There’s a three-cheese board and a cheese and salami board. They also have an individual board they can make for a single serving.
Flat Bread can also be an entrée or shared. Options include four cheeses, pepperoni, pulled pork, and grilled chicken.
Salads: For those wishing for a light salad, order the ahi poke salad or the Asian grilled chicken salad.
If you want something more old-school, order the mildly spicy seasoned fries.
