Step into Truss & Twine and be transported back to an era when cocktails were an art form, meticulously crafted with attention to detail and a deep appreciation for the history of drinks in America. Located in the historic El Paseo building on North Palm Canyon Drive, Truss & Twine sits adjacent to the team’s first venture, Workshop Kitchen + Bar. It operates under the executive chef and owner, Michael Beckman.
As you walk through the doors of Truss & Twine, you are immediately greeted by an ambiance that exudes vintage charm and sophistication. The dim lighting, comfortable leather seating, and carefully curated décor harken back to the Golden Age of cocktails when bartenders were revered as artists and mixology was taken to new heights.
One of the highlights of Truss & Twine is its extensive drink menu. It showcases an impressive selection of classic cocktails that have stood the test of time. From the iconic Old Fashioned to the timeless Martini, each drink is lovingly prepared using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.
Golden Age: This is the turn of the century flavors like the Old Fashioned, Fimlet, Brandy Crusta, Brooklyn, and Turf cocktails.
