Seymour’s, the newest creation of Tara Lazar (Cheeky’s, Birba and Mr. Lyons) and business Partner/Cocktail Engineer Steen Bojsen-Moller. Named after Lazar’s father, Seymour’s is a classic bar for drinkers. It transports you with its Lush interiors, moody lighting and a sneaky unmarked side entrance-making it feels like a Palm Springs institution that has been there for generations.

Where “past meets present”; featuring key design elements salvaged from the original 1938 restaurant seamlessly merged with the modern and eclectic. The cocktail menu, conceived by Bojsen-Moller himself is exquisite, unique and balanced with no pretense. Seymour’s also features a large outdoor patio with lounge seating and bocce ball for the full al fresco Palm Springs experience.
