Rick’s Restaurant is a simple family-run diner that makes home-cooked style meals. It’s located in north Palm Springs just past the Uptown Design District. This eatery has been serving locals and visitors alike since 1992.
The menu at Rick’s Restaurant showcases an array of breakfast and lunch options.
For breakfast, they have all the American favorites, from fluffy pancakes and stuffed French toast to steak and eggs. Favorites include the chicken-fried steak with country gravy and the eggs benedict. If you want something sweet, order the giant cinnamon roll.
There’s also a children’s menu for kids under 10 years old. Menu choices include items like a hamburger, hot dog, chicken strips, and grilled cheese sandwich.
For lunch, their extensive menu features a variety of sandwiches, salads, and hearty comfort food dishes. Sink your teeth into their famous Reuben sandwich, piled high with tender corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing, all grilled to perfection. If you’re in the mood for something lighter, their selection of fresh salads, such as the refreshing charbroiled chicken salad or the vibrant cobb salad, are sure to satisfy.
They also offer a small assortment of beer, wine, and cocktails.
