LG’s Prime Steakhouse was established in 1991 by the husband and wife team of Leon and Gail Greenberg Why do we call ourselves LG’s Prime Steakhouse? Quite simply because PRIME is the best by any standard and is the USDA’s highest designation for beef. PRIME steaks have the necessary marbling, that imparts a unique combination of taste and texture, which defines the ultimate steak-eating experience.

LG’s offers nine different USDA PRIME ONLY sizzling steaks, and boasts a rare “on premises” dry-age facility for it’s “Jewel in the Crown”, a 24 oz. Porterhouse for one and an even bigger 30 oz. Porterhouse named “The Gold Strike 49er”. In addition, LG’s features formula-fed rack of lamb, a generous cut of Prime Rib, and other non-steak entrees including Fresh Fish of the Day, a Colossal Poupon Lobster Tail, King Crab Legs, and a Whole Oven-roasted Chicken Breast. Whatever your choice of entree, the best way to begin your dining experience is with LG’s table-side Caesar salad, made from scratch using only the finest of ingredients. LG’s wine list of over 500 selections is the largest of any steakhouse in the Palm Springs area. LG’s Prime Steakhouse in Palm Springs features a large covered patio for dining and people watching on South Palm Canyon. The Décor is eclectic and the restaurant has a private dining room for parties of all sizes. French doors in the main dining area open onto the patio, which has an indoor-outdoor bar.
