Joyce’s Sushi Sushi is a culinary art form celebrating the harmony of flavors and textures. Each piece of sushi combines fresh fish, vinegared rice, and an array of complementary ingredients like seaweed, avocado, cucumber, and various sauces. The result is a symphony of tastes that range from the subtle sweetness of raw fish to the tangy kick of pickled ginger.

They offer lunch and dinner specials, which are served with salad, steamed rice, and miso soup. They also have a small kids’ menu.

Joyce’s Sushi Kitchen Specials

Chicken or Spicy Chicken Tepanyaki – Stir-fried chicken with vegetables.

Beef or Spicy Beef Tepanyaki – Stir-fried beef with vegetables.

Salmon or Seafood Tepanyaki – Stir fry shrimp, mussel and scallops with vegetables.

Tonkatsu or Fishkatsu Tepanyaki – Panko breaded pork with stir fry vegetables.

Porkbelly Tepanyaki (6 pcs) – Stir fry vegetables with pork belly slices.

Fresh water eel Tepanyaki (9pc) – Stir fry vegetable with eel served in hot pan.

Joyce Family Special Boat – Chicken Teriyaki, Beef Teriyaki, Shrimp Tempura (4 pcs), Vegetable Tempura (6 pcs), Tonkatsu, Gyoza (4 pcs) and Shrimp Tempura Roll or Rainbow Roll

While they don’t do catering, they offer a Party Tray menu to go.
