The HooDoo Patio & Bar is an outdoor lounge in front of the Hyatt Palm Springs on the corner of North Palm Canyon and Amado. It’s a great space for people-watching.
Their signature drinks are the Hibiscus Sour, Blackberry Mojito, and Berry Mezcal-ita with housemade blackberry raspberry and strawberry puree.
Beers on tap change seasonally, but you can expect a selection of SoCal options like the La Quinta Poolside blonde.
Starters: Enjoy classics like onion rings, tacos, loaded fries, calamari, pulled port sliders, or a hummus plate.
Sandwiches: Spicy buffalo chicken with havarti cheese, turkey with bacon and avocado, classic cheeseburger, garden sandwich for vegetarian or vegan, and a steak sandwich.
Salads: Choose from a watermelon with feat and mint or a classic Caesar. Add chicken, shrimp, or steak. The Hyatt Signature salad includes strawberries, candied walnuts, and goat cheese, served with raspberry vinaigrette.
Brick Oven: Margherita or pepperoni pizza, shaved brussel sprouts, boss sauce wings served with celery and carrots, or fire-roasted brie with honey walnuts and sliced apples.
Choice include classic cheeseburger, turkey sandwich, chicken tenders, and cheese pizza.
