Fuzion Five is located in The Vinyard Shopping Center, at the corner of Palm Springs and Baristo, by Sammy G’s Tuscan Grill.
They bring the best Vietnamese and Lao cuisine, fusing home cooking techniques with modern presentation. Vietnam and Laos are two neighboring countries that share a border from North to South. they also have a taste for spices and herbs in their cooking, giving each dish a unique flavor and aroma.
Starters: Egg rolls, firecracker shrimp, tiger wings tossed with coriander sriracha, calamari, and fried tofu. They also have Bahn Xeo, a pan-fried Vietnamese-style crepe with pork, shrimp, onion, and bean sprouts served with lettuce, mint, cilantro, and sweet garlic fish sauce.
Fresh Springs Rolls: The classic includes shrimp, pork, sprouts, noodles, cucumber, and mint. Other selections are veggies and tofu, BBQ chicken, spicy tuna, and shrimp with avocado.
Fusion Salad: The base is lettuce, watercress, pickled red onions, carrots, radish, and baby heirloom tomato tossed with basil and lemongrass. Add your protein: BBQ chicken or pork, shrimp, tuna, salmon, or beef tenderloin.
Khua Mee – Wok-fried yellow egg noodles with bok choy, carrots, mushrooms, baby corn, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and oyster sauce. Add tofu, chicken, port, beef, or shrimp.
This is a signature Vietnamese dish and the star of the show. Fuzion Five pho broth is simmered for over 14 hours with five Vietnamese spices. They add roasted shallots and ginger, giving it the perfect aroma and flavor. Then, it is garnished with cilantro and served with hoisin sauce, sriracha, fresh basil, lime, and bean sprouts.
