Casa Blanca Palm Springs is located at the La Plaza shopping center in the heart of downtown. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast: Service 7:30 – 11:30 am. Includes traditional American-style dishes like omelettes, eggs, and bacon. There is a much larger selection of Mexican favorites like Huevos Rancheros, Huevos Con Asada, Huevos con Carnitas, Chilaquiles, and Burritos. Served with rick and beans.
Enchiladas: Choice includes chicken, bean, cheese, ground beef, or shrimp. The Enchiladas De Chile Verde includes two pork enchiladas dipped in green sauce with pieces of chopped port on top. All are served with rice and beans. Add a soup or salad.
Fajitas: Sizzling hot with a choice of chicken, beef, shrimp, or tilapia filet. You can also order a vegetarian option. Served with traditional bell peppers, onions, tomato, salsa, and sour cream.
Burritos: All your traditional choices serve ala carte or add rice and beans and make it a platter. The Macho burritos are smothered in enchilada or green sauce and topped with cheese.
Seafood: There is a large menu for the seafood lover including salmon, shrimp, and talapia. The Campechana Cocktail includes shrimp, octopus, and abalone. You can add oysters. The Mariscadas come with four different kids of shrimp including garlic, ranchero, breaded, and spicy. There is also oyster shots.
Kids Menu: Available for children 10 years and under.
If you don’t have a craving for Mexican food, they have a chicken sandwich with fries, Casa Blanca burger with bacon, grilled mushrooms and onions. They also have a cheeseburger.
Open Sunday – Wednesday, 7:30 am – 10 pm. Open Thursday – Saturday until midnight.
