Cafe La Jefa crafts signature coffee drinks, all inspired by the flavors of Latin America. The coffee partner is Sisters Coffee from Bend, Oregon. They are located in the Flannery Exchange building in the Uptown Design District.
They serve healthy, gourmet food prepared with the finest ingredients in collaboration with an amazing local artisan food connoisseur to serve you some wonderful delights along with your delicious coffee. Please not their menu is always evolving.
Cafe La Jefa also has a selection of snacks and drinks. This includes all manner of chilled beverages and packaged treats. Choose from kombuchas, cleansing juice blends, immune-boosting tonics, carbonated refreshments, high-octane concoctions, savory munchies, and decadent chocolates.
Beyond coffee, espresso, and tea drink items, they offer specialty drinks.
Chai Chata: Coconut chai tea, organic oat milk, and condensed mild finished with organic Ceylon cinnamon. This is served over ice.
Lotus Energy Drinks: Enjoy selections like the Orange Dreamsicle with white lotus, orange syrup, super cream, and sparkling water. The Watermelon Mist is pink Lotus paired with watermelon syrup.
Matcha: For the Matcha lover, the offer a Matcha mint lemonade, Match latte, and Match Americano.
They proudly serve locally sourced Townie Bagels. The menu is breakfast-focused with selections like smoked salmon toast, bacon and egg sandwich, and French toast. The La Jefa breakfast includes Townie sourdough break, eggs, bacon, and choice of spread.
