Skewers of succulent meats, seasoned to perfection and slow-roasted over an open flame, are brought directly to your table by the passadores or meat servers. They are also referred to as Gauchos or Brazilian cowboys.
The Full Rodizio menu includes 15 all-you-can-eat meats, including beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. It also includes the Fresh Market Table buffet, so bring your appetite.
In addition to the delectable array of meats, guests are invited to explore the extensive salad bar, featuring an impressive selection of fresh salads, artisanal cheeses, and traditional Brazilian sides such as feijoada (black bean stew) and farofa (toasted cassava flour).
