His entrepreneurial spirit first sparkled in the US with semi-precious gems, leading to the creation of not just one but four thriving businesses in Southern California. Among them are the beloved Palm Springs Rock Shop and Joshua Tree Rock Shop, the vibrant Acai Oasis café, and Bali Breeze.

Cristina, the creative force and renowned jewelry designer behind the Cristina Valadares Brand, is the heart of our home. Her designs reflect the soul of our brand—unique, beautiful, and crafted with love, creating a warm and familial atmosphere.

Their eldest daughter, Carolina, is an architect and interior designer who brings spaces to life. She’s the visionary responsible for Bali Breeze’s distinctive style.
