For Course One, choose from Sweet Corn Potato Chowder with Wild-Caught Lump Crab Meat, Escargots, Herb-Cured Cold-Smoked Atlantic Salmon, the Ménage à Trois Cocktail, or a Raw Brussels sprout Salad.
For Course Two, select from Spice-Rubbed Turkey Breast, Wiener Schnitzel, Pan Seared Branzino, Beef Tenderloin Steak “Diane,” or Crispy Roasted Maple Leaf Farm Half Duck. Vegetable entrees are also available.
