4 – Course Prix Fixe
Begin with roasted beet tartlet.
Second Course: Artichoke heart confit, mushroom & Brussels sprout toast, sea bass ceviche, or curried cauliflower bisque.
Main Event Selections: Turkey, brined duck, pork tenderloin, filet mignon, Chilean sea bass, or roasted root vegetables.
Finale: Butternut squash bread pudding, pumpkin or apple tart, chi spic panna cotta, or a selection of gelato & sorbet.
