Reforma is a bar, nightclub, and restaurant with an elevated, Latin-inspired menu.
The service at Reforma is modeled after a supper club. Guests enjoy their dinner in a dramatic environment and can stay and dance the night away. The space is transformed into one of Palm Spring’s largest dance floors with a state-of-the-art sound system and light show.
For a quieter evening, a private lounge and bar offer additional environments for a meal or late-night bites with a unique craft cocktail.
La Cocina is the restaurant at Reforma. Executive Chef Erick Hernandez has crafted a menu that celebrates Pan-Latin cuisine while infusing it with contemporary flavors. Each dish showcases a perfect balance of traditional ingredients and innovative techniques. From the moment you step into the restaurant, you will be greeted with the inviting aromas of spices and fresh ingredients, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.

Other selections include Fennel Coriander Salt, Buenos Aires Chimichurri, Oaxacan Mole Reduction, and Escabeche.
Dessert: Chef Erick’s father, Gerardo Hernandez, operates the dessert program. He creates decadent sweets like guava creme brulee, Chocolate Souffle with Crème Anglaise, Chocolate Sauce, and Mintted Berries, as well as mango lime cheesecake—a great finish on this culinary journey.
Brunch: La Cocina offers a Brunch, Friday – Sunday. The menu includes vegan options.
