El Patron Palm Springs is a boutique Baja-inspired eatery serving the freshest natural local ingredients. It’s centrally located at the corner of Tahquitz and Palm Canyon by the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs Hotel.
While they don’t have a breakfast menu, you are in the mood for breakfast in the afternoon, they serve a breakfast burrito until 3 pm.
Starters: El Patron nachos are popular and family-sized. You can order them with chips or fries. Other shareables include wings, fried shrimp, and mini nachos. For vegetarians, order the Chicharrones or the fried cauliflower.
Crafted Tacos: This includes two tacos with handmade corn or flour tortillas. They will also do a lettuce wrap. Choices include pork, steak, chicken, fish, and shrimp. There is also a hardshell order of three ground beef and a Taco plate.
Classics: Burrito bowl, fajitas plate, ceviche, and Aguachile
Vegan: Vegan nachos with vegan cheese, vegan quesadilla, began burrito bown, and El Vigano Tacoas.
Kids Menu: Burrito, hot dog, tauitos, and mini quesadilla.
They have a family pack to go that includes 2 lbs of meat, 32 oz. rice and beans, salsa, chips, and 15 corn tortillas. It serves 5-6 people, but you can add more.
