3 – Course Prix Fixe
The festivities begin at 6:30 pm with refreshments on the patio, followed by introductions from the team and a personal welcome by Chef Jon Butler. It will take place under the stars on the shuffleboard court, and the dinner will be served family-style. Reservations
To Start: Harvest salad and dinner rolls.
Main Course: Turkey roulade with gravy, ultra-creamy mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, crispy Brussels sprouts, cherry chestnut stuffing, and cranberry orange relish.
Dessert: Pumpkin pie with maple whipped cream and pecan pie with gingersnap gelato.
