Serving our modern take on classic American cuisine, The Pantry at Holiday House reinterprets the traditional resort menu using a fusion of new techniques and influences. The menu highlights the bounty of fresh ingredients local to California and the Coachella Valley.
Holiday House is a 28-room boutique hotel located in downtown Palm Springs. Originally opened in 1951, the hotel was designed by noted architect Herbert W. Burns. It has been reimagined by interior designer Mark D. Sikes and the team behind Sparrows Lodge. The property features midcentury-inspired elements, a communal atmosphere, and a whimsical edge.
To get to The Pantry, you will enter through the hotel lobby area.
Lunch Menu: For a boutique resort, the menu selection is quite large. Salad selections include HH chicken or cobb salad. There’s the Pantry burger with white cheddar, lettuce and tomato. Sandwiches include the Club with cranberry chutney or the fried chicken with pineapple slaw. Upscale it to the Lobster roll with cabbage, tarragon, and lemon. There’s also the comforting grilled cheese with tomato soup.
Dinner Menu: Many of the lunch menu items are also available for dinner. In addition, they offer grilled hangar steak, pan-seared salmon, and mushroom corn risotto for vegetarians.
They take Reservations.
