The ballroom can accommodate a sizable dance floor and up to 120 seated guests in generous dining room configurations. French doors lead from the petite patio onto the private Presidio Courtyard for seamless transitions. Partitioned into two separate spaces–Presidio North and Presidio South–Presidio offers dimmable lighting, two drop screens, a background music system, and full-length windows for natural light.

Avalon’s most unexpected outdoor event spaces, the Estrella Courtyard and Cabanas, are discreetly nested within Estrella Spa’s bougainvillea-laced gardens. The Spa Courtyard is ideal for welcome receptions, bridal parties, and rehearsal dinners with up to 80 guests and 40 for private dinners. It captures dramatic mountain views and its own expansive open-sky feel with a grassy expanse, a patio and meandering walkways, three sumptuous daybeds, and a bubbling hot tub. The Cabanas can be enclosed for beautiful event spaces.
