Owner Jacky Donnell has been with the Elmer’s group for over 30 years. With over 30 years of serving the community, Elmer’s has become a beloved institution in the area. Jacky started as a hostess at Elmer’s in Boise, ID. She came to Palm Springs in 1990 and managed the restaurant for nearly 15 years. In 2008, she and her husband Fred bought Elmer’s Palm Springs.
