One-on-one training and small group classes promote balance, alignment, flexibility and mobility through the development of core strength. All instructors are STOTT trained and certified. The state of the art studio is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs.

Seasonal visitors and vacationers are encouraged to stop by Absolute Pilates PS to continue their Pilates instruction. Never done Pilates? Absolute Pilates is the perfect supportive environment for beginners who want to give Pilates a try. The Pilates repertoire is also often used to assist rehabilitation after an injury and/or surgery.
