Created by voice actor Tom Kenny (the voice behind Spongebob Squarepants) and prolific songwriter/producer Andy Paley (of Paley Brothers fame), The Hi-Seas are the embodiment of no-holds-barred rock’n soul. Simply put, they’re on a mission to have as much fun as humanly possible!
