Brooklyn-based Marissa Mullen founded That Cheese Plate, a global community for cheese plate inspiration and recipes, and created Cheese By Numbers, a step-by-step approach to creative food styling. Her new book That Cheese Plate Wants To Party will be released on April 11, 2023, and she’ll be making a stop on her book tour at Azure Sky in Palm Springs on Thursday, May 18, 2023.
Catherine McCord, creator of Weelicious, columnist and television personality who has just published her fourth cookbook Meal Prep Magic: Time-Saving Tricks for Stress-Free Cooking, will moderate a Q&A with Mullen.
Wine and select cheeses from On the Mark, Palm Springs’ favorite cheese shop, will be served.
