The Thanksgiving menu includes:
First course: Roasted butternut squash soup Onion, garlic, sage, thyme, heavy cream, pepitas
Second course: Chile rubbed turkey Pasilla chiles, garlic orange juice, honey, nutmeg, port wine
Green beans almondine Sliced almond, garlic, lemon zest
Chorizo cornbread stuffing Spanish chorizo(Bilbao), garlic, onion, carrot, celery, jalapeno, cilantro
Mexican cranberry sauce Orange, serrano, lime zest, cilantro
Poblano Mashed potatoes Poblano chile, russet potato, butter, cream sauce
Dinner rolls Cranberry pumpkin seeds
