On Monday October 30th join us for Take Me to Lucca – a Cooking Class + Dinner that will transport you to the charming Tuscan city of Lucca, Italy. We’ll begin with an interactive class led by Chef Matteo Morbini, followed by a candlelit al fresco dinner in true Birba style.
Matteo Morbini is one of Italy’s brightest young talents, raised on the classics in some of Italy’s most respected fine dining kitchens. Matteo has worked with notable names like Peter Gilmore at Quay, and has trained under legends like Alyn Williams and Gordon Ramsay. His style of cooking is wonderfully imaginative and playful, while remaining rooted in all the things that we love about Italian food. We can’t wait to see you there.
