Meet us outside under the desert sky every Wednesday 7.30–9.30pm for a night of auditory bliss, paired with a menu of delights from the kitchen. Reservations highly recommended and can be made HERE. Limited seating is also available close to the performance on a first-come, first-served basis.

This week’s performance: HILO HI-FLYERS

The Hilo Hi-Flyers are an Exotic Lounge jazz band from Los Angeles. It’s Tiki with world-class instrumentalists, Rat Pack era vocals, and a big smile. From Hawaiian classics to fiery Gypsy music and the exotic sounds of Martin Denny, you’ll be taken on a musical trip around the world.

The band is led by multi-instrumentalist Kully Stiles who is well-known for playing Hawaiian Steel Guitar, Clarinet, Saxophone, and Mandolin, as well as singing. The band also features the young prodigy of the vibraphone Jake Chapman, who has quickly made a name for himself in the Los Angeles jazz scene, as well as seasoned pros Gage Hulsey on guitar & shamisen, Jeremy Burgan on bass, and all the way from Hokkaido Japan, Tsugumi “It’s not tiki without a gong” Shikano on drums and gong.
