Meet us outside under the desert sky every Wednesday 7.30–9.30pm for a night of auditory bliss, paired with a menu of delights from the kitchen. Reservations highly recommended and can be made HERE. Limited seating is also available close to the performance on a first-come first-served basis.

This week’s performance: Explorare

Drummer and producer Tommaso Cappellato is a musical maverick who has made his mark on the progressive jazz scene. Whether performing solo or with his various live ensemble projects, he is known for delighting live audiences and tastemakers around the world. In 2021 he moved to Los Angeles to build a new home for his mosaic of sounds.

Through Explorare, Cappellato showcases the power of collective improvisation and promotes collaborations that explore the boundaries between cultures and genres alike. A live “modular” project conceived and founded in Los Angeles at the beginning of 2022, the name is derived from Latin and means “to explore.” The collective does just that through improvisational performance to present the audience with relentless grooves that evolve from the influences of each members’ vibes in the moment. Explorare is inspired to share the energy and passion carefully crafted as a medium of exploration for listeners.
