Come out to celebrate the Monument’s 23rd anniversary with a special hike lead by the Monument Manager for the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument.
Join us on a hike on the spectacular Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail and learn about some of the epic resources unique to the Monument! Moderate hike through desert wash, 300-foot elevation gain, 5-miles round trip.
Meet at Pacific Crest Trail, about a mile south on Snow Creek Road off of Highway 111. West of Windy Point, near the Interstate 10 and Highway 111 intersection. Do not enter private residential area.
Space is limited. Must RSVP by October 23rd. Reservations begin 14 days prior to event.
