Let us take you back in time on the beautiful island of Cuba to a pre-Castro era; when the Mob ruled, gambling was a sport, and the party never ended. As the infectious Mambo craze was sweeping the airwaves, the dance moves that shaped a generation began to emerge. The sound of bongos and maracas filled the air, and everyone from Rosemary Clooney and Tito Puente to Elvis and Ray Charles was releasing Latin-tinged records.
We’ll take you on a culinary and musical mystery tour, as PS UNDERGROUND teams up with the GAND BAND (voted best band in the Coachella Valley three years running) for this very special evening of passion, excitement, and delectable Cuban dishes!
Chef Dave is creating an innovative 4-course Cuban-inspired meal that will be kept secret right up until the moment we serve it! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions at the time of booking, and we’ll be happy to accommodate. The evening also includes a free-flowing bar with beer, wine, and specialty Cuban cocktails!
Join us at the table to revel in big-tail car fins, straw fedoras, high heels to the sky, music that will get your hips swinging, and a meal that will take you straight to the streets of Havana!
