El Jefe’s Mexican spirits dinners return this fall with guest brand Dos Primos Tequila on October 19.
The cocktail pairings dinner features Chef Joey Diaz’ tasting menu paired with Dos Primos’ expressions of fine tequila. This dinner is inclusive of a welcome cocktail and a 3-course tasting menu paired with hand-crafted Dos Primos tequila cocktails.
The menu includes Albondigas, Caesar Salad, Sweet Corn Tamale, Birria Lamb Chop, and Cinnamon Vanilla ice Cream with a Cinnamon-toasted Tortilla.

Inspired by family, friends and their love of the outdoors, cousins Thomas Rhett and Jeff Worn sought to create a great-tasting tequila that could be enjoyed year-round and shared with people they love – regardless of the season or activity.
