Palm Springs is known as the playground of the presidents, but it is also a great birding location. Demuth Park in Palm Springs is a rare location that provides terrific birding opportunities as it is a park, immediately adjacent to a golf course, and waste treatment plant. All great places to see a good variety of birds from migrating warblers to water fowl. Come spend a little time in the morning walking through a park looking at beautiful mountain vistas, and watching great birds. We can expect to see around 20 species during our walk about the park.
It literally is a walk in the park, relatively even grounds, lots of trees and beautiful sunshine. Sign up now, as space is limited.
