The Secret Movie Club is a community of movie lovers and movie makers based in Los Angeles that regularly gather for movies screened on 35mm film at venues throughout the city. For the first time ever this May the SMC is hosting a special film weekend at the Palm Springs Cultural Center, screening three classic films on 70mm in the Cultural Center’s Historic Camelot Theater, one of the largest screens in the Coachella Valley. 70mm delivers an incredibly rich visual experience, revealing details and color dimensions not seen in traditional formats.
