SO•PA is finished with fire pits, fountains, and home to Lindsey Adelman chandeliers and home to Executive Chef Jason Neiderkorn, who has honed his craft at a number of prestigious locales,  including Hotel Jerome in Aspen.

The menu is gourmet, yet accessible; the epitome of casual fine dining. The food is light, healthy and prepared with organic and local ingredients as much as possible.
