Asadero Los Corrales is located in the Sunrise Place Shopping Center on the corner of Ramon Road and Sunrise Way by Ralph’s grocery store.
Jalisco-style Mexican food celebrates bold and diverse flavors, showcasing the region’s unique culinary traditions and ingredients. Whether it’s the rich birria, fiery salsas, or iconic tequila, Jalisco offers a culinary experience that will surely delight any food lover.
Breakfast: Enjoy selections such as chilaquiles topped with two eggs and served with a tamale and bean. The huevos rancheros are two eggs topped with ranchero sauce and served with beans, french fries, and tortillas.
Soups: There is a large selection of soups including pozole, fajitas trio, beef soup with vegetables, and tortilla soup. Menudo (white or red) and birria are served on Saturday & Sunday.
Birria: Birria is a signature dish of Jalisco, particularly in the city of Guadalajara. It consists of tender, slow-cooked meat (typically goat or beef) that is marinated in a blend of spices and cooked until it becomes incredibly flavorful and tender. Birria is often served as a stew or taco filling and is accompanied by a rich and savory consommé for dipping.
Dinner plates: Includes flautas, enchiladas, tamales, chile relleno and carne asada.
Seafood: Jalisco’s coastal region provides an abundance of fresh seafood, which is prominently featured in the local cuisine. Popular seafood dishes include ceviche, aguachile (a spicy shrimp or fish dish), and pescado zarandeado (grilled whole fish marinated in a flavorful mixture of spices). Start with a shrimp cocktail with cucumber, tomato, and onions. There is also the jojarra frita which is a whole tilapia deep fried and served with rice and beans.
There is also a kids menu.
Open Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 3 pm. Open until 8 pm Friday – Sunday for dinner.
